YOUR STAY IS WORTH LOYALTY POINTS AND YOUR POINTS ARE WORTH MORE STAYS
Only guests holding our Loyalty Card can take part in this program.
From your second stay on you will receive a Loyalty Card which you enable you to earn points and win rewards, as well as special prices on certain products.
The Loyalty Card is free and non-transferable. It is not a debit or credit card.
The Loyalty Card will be issued with the name of the person who made the reservation and the points will be given only when this person stays in the Hotel. It is not possible to transfer points to family and friends.
Each R$ 1,00 spent with accommodation equals 1 point. It is valid for a minimum of two days and other expenses do not add points.
When you reach 3.700 points, you can have a 2-day stay for free (During the low season and except on holidays) in a Lux Suite for 2 people.
The two days should be used in one stay only, provided there are vacancies and that you have made prior reservation informing about your Loyalty Card.
Not included in our Loyalty Program:
Special packages for groups and reservations with special prices.
In order you validate your points, it is necessary to bring our loyalty card to the Hotel and your points will be included after your check out.
It is possible to use you points in a period within 18 months after each check in. The points will be lost after this period.
Rewards, special offers and any changes that may happen in the Loyalty Program will be available at the reception desk and on our website www.ciribaipraiahotel.com.br, and can be changed without prior notice.
The Ciribai Praia Hotel Loyalty Program is valid for this Hotel only. On agreeing to this program you allow us to send you newsletters.
